摘要
本文在了解国外文献的基础上 ,综合概述了目标承诺的涵义、结构、测量、作用及其影响因素 。
On the basis of understanding foreign literatures, the concepts of goal commitment, structures, measurements, effects and its influencing factors are summarized in this article. Furthermore, the future research directions in this area are put forward.
