摘要
本文立足于安徽省6家城市商业银行,从实证研究的角度对现阶段欠发达地区监管当局强化城市商业银行公司治理结构监管取向进行了深入分析,提出应"以督促其建立有效激励约束机制为重心"这一观点,并设计了一个较为具体、较具可操作性的监管框架。
Based on a review of the positive studies on the performance of 6 city commercial Banks in Anhui province, this paper analyzes the banking regulatory authority s option on strengthening corporate governance structure of city commercial banks in less - developed area at the present stage. It points out that the regulator should focus on urging the city commercial banks to establish an effective mechanism of encourage and restraint. Finally, a specific exercisable regulatory framework is proposed.
