摘要
目的 :观察锌 (Zn)、维生素 A (VA)、维生素 B2 (VB2 )缺乏和强化补充后对初断乳大鼠血清、心肌线粒体超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。方法 :通过耗竭方式造成初断乳大鼠的 Zn、 VA、 VB2 单独和联合缺乏模型后强化补充相应营养素。造模成功及干预结束后 ,测血清和心肌线粒体总超氧化物歧化酶 (T- SOD)活性。结果 :Zn、 VA、 VB2 缺乏和补充对大鼠血清 T- SOD活性无明显影响 ,而 VB2 缺乏和 3种营养素联合缺乏可致心肌线粒体 T- SOD活性显著降低 ,单独补充 VA、 VB2 和 3种营养素联合补充可致大鼠心肌线粒体 T- SOD活性显著增加。结论 :Zn、 VA、 VB2 缺乏对初断乳大鼠心肌线粒体 T- SOD活性有明显影响 ,提示重视婴幼儿期 Zn、 VA、 VB2 营养具有重要的意义。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Zinc(Zn), vitamin A(VA) and riboflavin(VB 2) alone or combined deficiency and supplement on serum and myocardial mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of weanling rats.Methods:Zn,VA and VB 2 alone or combined deficiency were induced by nutrient depletion, and subsequent repleted with appropriate nutrient supplement. After intervention, serum and myocardial mitochondrial total SOD (T-SOD) activity were detected.Results:Decreased myocardial mitochondrial T-SOD activity caused by VA and VB 2 alone or combined deficiency for three nutrients in rats were observed. After supplement of these nutrients, myocardial mitochondrial T-SOD activity were increased significantly.Conclusion:Zn, VA and VB 2 deficiency in rats can reduce myocardial mitochondrial SOD activity, and it is suggested that the deficiency of these nutrients may influence growth and developments of infant and young children.
