维生素A锌铁及其联合应用对维生素A缺乏的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较维生素A、锌、铁不同剂量组合改善大鼠维生素A缺乏的效果,为改善儿童维生素A缺乏的营养补充剂研制奠定基础。方法用大鼠建立维生素A缺乏动物模型,以维生素A、锌、铁组成8个不同补充组,干预8周。干预前、干预4周后及实验结束时检测大鼠血清和肝脏维生素A、血清锌铁、血常规、生化指标,同时监测体重和摄食量的变化。结果干预补充试验后,各干预组大鼠的血清和肝脏维生素A水平显著提高,摄食量和体重分别显著高于干预前,体重加重和摄食效率显著高于持续缺乏组。血常规、生化指标、血清锌铁指标与正常对照组差异均无统计学意义。1/3剂量组中的1/3维生素A+Zn组血清维生素A高于其他组,与全剂量组各组和正常对照组差异无统计学意义;其体重增加、总摄食量和摄食效率也与全剂量组各组和正常对照组差异无统计学意义。结论低维生素A剂量同时联合锌补充综合改善维生素A缺乏的效果最佳。 Objective To find the best vitamin A nutritional supplement for vitamin A deficiency children through comparing with the effects of vitamin A, Zinc, Iron and the combination on the improvement of vitamin A deficiency. Methods The nutrition intervention experiment was carried out on rats with vitamin A deficiency, which were randomly divided into eight supplement groups for eight weeks. Vitamin A content in serum and liver zinc and iron in serum, the blood convention and biochemical indicators were studied. The weight and food ingestion were monitoring at the same time. Results Vitamin A content in serum and liver, the weight and food ingestion were significantly increased in all supplement groups after the supplementation. The supplement groups showed no significant differences in blood convention, biochemical indicator and zinc and iron in serum, as compared to the control group. In the 1/3 vitamin A + Zn group, vitamin A content was significantly higher than other groups of 1/3-groups, and it had no significant effects on whole-groups and the normal control group, as the same with the increased weight, the whle food ingestion and efficiency of food ingestion. Conclusion The improvement of vitamin A deficiency can be achieved through the combination of vitamin A of low-dose and zinc.
