摘要
提出一种新型茶多酚含量检测方法,探讨利用扫描仪采集样品显色溶液的色度值,测定茶多酚含量的可能性。研究结果表明:显色液的色度值与茶多酚浓度具有良好的线性相关性,所提出的新型茶多酚含量测定方法具有成本低、速度快、效率高、对环境条件的要求相对宽松等特点,通过进一步完善操作规范,该方法具有良好的应用前景。
A new method is developed to determinate TP content.S canner is us ed to collect the image of TP's complex a nd the hue of the image is identified by a s elf-developed s oftware.The res ult s of the experiment s how that the RGB value is well correlated with TP content. The new method can reduce the cos t and time cons umed in TP determination in co mparis on with the conventional method.
