摘要
采用面访调查、专家调查及问卷调查法,分析我国手球运动训练存在的主要问题。认为:在强对抗中合理运用基本技术能力、运动员的身体素质和身体能力差是制约我国手球运动训练水平的因素。导致我国手球训练质量不高主要有教练员与运动员两方面的原因。教练员主要反映在理论水平、敬业精神方面;运动员主要反映在敬业精神和自觉训练方面。
By using the methods of visiting investigation, investigation into experts and questionnaire, the present article has analyzed the main problems existing in the handball training of our country. It holds that poor ability of reasonably applying basic technique in the high-intensity resistance and weak physical quality and physical capacity of players are the factors that restrict handball training of our country. Two things account for lower handball training quality of our country, one is coaches' theoretical level and enthusiasm of loving their work, the other is players' enthusiasm of loving their special event and consciousness for training.
