摘要
分析了健美操运动中常见运动损伤产生的原因 ,针对常见的四种运动损伤提出了具体的防治方法 :加强运动中的安全教育 ;做好准备活动 ;坚持循序渐进的训练原则 ;做好放松活动 ;加强医务监督。
This paper analyzed the reasons of the most commonly seen sports injuries and proposed preventions for four sports injuries. In order to prevent sports injuries,security education should be reinforced and good preparation should be made. Training in an orderly way,relaxing in a reasonable way and strengthening the medical supervision would be effective.
