摘要 人和动物的紧张性运动产生肌肉纤维损伤。损伤包括Z带的降解、线粒体和肌质网(SR)的肿胀,肌小节结构的损伤。肌肉连接组织的损伤包括肌腱、韧带和肌鞘。肌纤膜的损伤表现为CK酶在内的可溶性肌肉酶的释放。运动使肌肉的物理和化学环境发生变化进而引起肌原纤维或亚细胞器的结构直接损伤。肌肉温度、pH值、代谢产物浓度。 Strenuous exercise damaged the active muscle fibers of numerous animal species,including humans.This damage included degeneration of the Z band,swollen mitochondria and sarcoplas micreticulum (SR),disruption of sarcomere architecture.The injuries of connective tissue included tendons,ligaments and the muscle sheaths.Sarcolemmal damage indicated by the release of soluble muscle enzymes,such as Creatine Kinase.Exercise induced alternations in the physical or chemical environment of the muscle,then these alternations resulted in direct mechanical disruption of myofibers or subcellular organ.Muscle temperature,pH,metabolite concentrations and free intracellular caleium concentration may be responsible for structural changes in the fibers.
