摘要
运用班杜拉的自我效能理论 ,结合学校体育教学的特点 ,从社会环境、学科特征等方面 ,分析了学生自我效能低下的原因。可以运用成败经验、替代经验、言语和社会劝导、加强情绪和生理状态调节 ,来培养学生体育学习的自我效能感。
By using the theory of self-efficiency and combing the characteristics of the school P.E.,reasons why the students' self-efficiency was low were analyzed from the social environments and the features of the specialties. By using the experience of victory and failure,through persuasion,adjustment of the emotion and physiological state,the students' self-efficiency in physical education can be cultivated.
