摘要
在强调我国目前建立森林认证体系的必要性和紧迫性的基础上。对影响我国建立森林认证体系的主要因素如经济发展水平、林产品市场、信用水平、相关法律环境、政府行为能力、森林经营单位自身水平、消费者认识水平和经济能力等进行了详细的分析。并提出了相应的建议。
Base on underlining the imperative and necessity to start China's own forest certification schemes, this paper analyses the main factors that may affect the establishment of China's own forest certification scheme, such as economy development level, wood forest products market , credit level , legal environment ,the function of government ,conditions of unit related forestry , awareness and purchasing power of consumer and so on .Then , it puts forward some suggestions for each factor .
