摘要
采用留样观察法对Wm84株腮腺炎减毒活疫苗在不同保存条件和不同规格疫苗 (1mL/支 2 1批、0 .5mL/支 2 4批 )的稳定性进行了比较。结果表明 :不同规格疫苗的稳定性均较好 ,疫苗保存温度越低其稳定性越好。
The stabilities of different specifications of mumps strain Wm-{84} live attenuated vaccine under the different storage conditions were compared. The results indicated that each of the tested different specifications of the vaccine had a qualified stability, and the lower storage temperatures could increase the stabilities of the vaccines.;
