摘要
为了观察地榆升白片对肺癌化疗后外周血常规的影响 ,将 63例非小细胞肺癌 (non smallcelllungcancer,NSCLC)患者随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组 ( 3 3例 )采用地榆升白片加EP方案治疗 ,对照组 ( 3 0例 )采用EP方案化疗 ,观察两者外周血常规变化及集落刺激因子用量。结果示观察组Ⅲ度及Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生率 9 0 9% ,显著低于对照组 3 0 0 0 % ,χ2 =4 467,P <0 0 5 ;观察组外周血WBC、PLT、HB治疗后与治疗前差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;对照组外周血WBC、PLT、HB治疗后较治疗前明显下降 ,其中WBC、PLT差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;观察组、对照组人均惠尔血 ( 15 0 μg)用量分别为 ( 0 5 8± 1 99)支和 ( 1 93± 3 62 )支 ,差异有统计学意义 ,t =2 5 0 1,P <0 0 5。初步研究结果提示 ,地榆升白片可预防肺癌化疗的骨髓抑制作用 ,提高外周血WBC和PLT水平 ,减少升白药的用量 ,值得推广。
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of diyushengbai tablet on the blood cell count of NSCLC patients with chemotherapy. The patients were randomized into two groups: the test group consisted of 33 patients treated with a combination of diyushengbai tablet and EP chemotherapy, the control group comprised 30 patients treated with EP chemotherapy.The patients were evaluated to white blood cell (WBC), hemoglobin (HB) and blood plates (PLT), as well as drug dose of rhG-CSF (recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor). The study results showed that the means of WBC HB and PLT of the patients at the twenty-eighth day were slight lower than those before the treatment in the test group, but there was no significant difference between them,P>0.05. In the control group, the means of them at the twenty-eighth day were lower than those before treatment. There was a significant difference between them about WBC and PLT,P<0.05, but no significant difference for HB. Three patients (9.09 percent) occurred in grade 3 and grade 4 neutropenia in the test group, and 9 patients (30 percent) in the control group. There was a significant difference between them, P< 0.05. The means of used dose of rhG-CSF were 0.58±1.99 filgrastin (150 μg) in the test group, and 1.93±3.62 in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups,P<0.05. In conclusion, diyushengbai tablet may be effective to prevent myelosuppression and raise WBC and PLT of the patients treated with chemotherapy, decline the dose of rhG-CSF for them.
