摘要
目的:建立地榆升白片中地榆皂苷Ⅰ的含量测定方法。方法:以Sapphire C18柱(5μm,150×4.6mm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水(64︰36)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温:室温;漂移管温度:85℃;载气:氮气,2.8L/min;不分流模式;进样量:20μl。结果:线性范围:地榆皂苷Ⅰ对照品进样量在1.003μg^10.03μg范围内具有良好线性关系(r=1)。测得平均回收率103.5%,RSD:0.84%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于地榆升白片中地榆皂苷Ⅰ的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ZiyuglycosideⅠin Diyu shengbai tablet using HPLCELSD.Method: Determination was carried out on Sapphire C 18(5 μm,150×4.6 mm) column with methanol-ultrapure water(64:36) as mobile phase,and the flow rate maintained at 1mL.min-1.The column temperature was set as room temperature.The temperature of drift tube was 85℃,flow rate of N 2 was 2.8 L.min-1for ELSD while adopt bypass mode.20 μL sample was used.Result: The calibration curve for ZiyuglycosideⅠwas linear in the range of 1.003μg^10.03μg(r=1).The average recovery of ZiyuglycosideⅠwas 103.5% and RSD% was 0.84%.Conclusion: This method is quick,simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for quality control of Diyu shengbai tablet.
