今年是印度实行全面经济改革的十周年。十年期间，印度经济取得了长足的进展，引起国际社会的密切关注。此文对印度经济改革的背景、主要内容、取得的成绩和存在的问题作了回顾，并对印度改革的前景作了深入的分析和展望，强调指出，尽管印度全国上下对改革的进程、重点及其影响仍有争论，但对改革本身已形成共识。印度经济改革和自由化的趋势已不可逆转，仍将艰难但缓慢地进行下去。
This year marks the tenth anniversary of India's comprehensive economic reform. The past decade saw a remarkable development of India's economy, attracting close attention from the international community. This article makes a review of the background, main contents, achievement and problems of India's economic reform, and an in depth analysis of the prospects of India's reform. The article points out that although there are still controversies about the process, focus and effects of the reform in the country, a common consensus on the reform itself has been reached. India's economic reform and the trend of economic liberalization are irreversible, and will go on slowly with difficulty.
