摘要
目的 观察缺血预处理加用川芎嗪对肠缺血再灌注大鼠血液中抗氧化系统的影响。方法 健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术对照 (SC)组、肠缺血再灌注(IIR)组、川芎嗪治疗 (LGT)组、缺血预处理(IPC)组和川芎嗪 +缺血预处理 (LGT+IPC)组。取血液测定血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -PX)及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性 ,测定血清丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果 与LGT、IPC和IIR组比较 ,肠缺血再灌注大鼠在缺血预处理时加用川芎嗪注射液 ,血清SOD和GSH -PX活性明显增高 ,XOD活性降低 ,血清MDA和NO含量降低。 结论 缺血预处理加用川芎嗪能最有效地提高肠缺血再灌注大鼠的抗氧化能力。
Objective To observe the influence of Ligustrazine and ischemic preconditioning on antioxidation system of serum in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into shamoperated control(SC)group,intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(IIR)group,Ligustrazine(LGT)group,ischemic preconditioning(IPC)group and LGT+IPC group.The activities of SOD,GSH-PX and XOD,the concentration of MDA and NO in serum were assayed. Results Compared with LGT,IPC and IIR group,the level of SOD and GSH-PX increased significantly,the concentration of MDA and NO,the activity of XOD decreased markedly in LGT+IPC group. Conclusion There is the most effective function on imˉproving antioxidation system from Ligustrazine and ischemic preconditioning.
