摘要
中俄两国刑法均有关于破坏野生动物资源犯罪规定,但各具特色。对两国有关这方面的犯罪进行比较,有利于两国刑事法制取长补短,互以借鉴。从这一思想出发,本文对中俄两国刑法关于破坏野生动物资源的犯罪规定从多个方面进行了比较。
Chinese Criminal Law and Russian all have the provisions about the crimes of damaging wildlife resources,but they have their own characteristics.A comparative study on the above-mentioned crimes of the two countries will be significant to their learning from each other.Based on this, this paper makes a tentative comparative study on the above-mentioned crimes of the two countries.
