摘要
为了大量发展刺五加(AcanthopanaxsenticosusHarms.)这一珍贵的优良品种,适应规模化生产的需要,以刺五加的芽为外植体进行组织培养试验,经试验对比筛选出刺五加的最佳初分化培养基为MS+6 BA1 0mg L+NAA0 1mg L,继代芽分化培养基为MS+6 BA0 5mg L+ZT0 1mg L,生根培养基为1 2MS+NAA0 5mg L,用蛭石+森林腐殖土(1∶1)炼苗较好。
To develop the precious improved seed Acanthopanax Scenticosus Harms in a large amount and meet the needs of the large-scale production,using shoot of ASH as explant to make a test of the tissue culture,through testing and comparing,the best beginning division culture is choosen which is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,the subshoot division culture is MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+ZT0.1mg/L;The taking-root culture is 1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L.Smelt shoots better with vermiculite+forest humus soil(1∶1).
