摘要
目的探讨MTS1p16在人食管癌中表达的临床意义。方法以免疫组化SP法检测40例食管癌组织、癌旁组织和正常食管组织p16蛋白的表达情况。结果p16蛋白在食管癌组织中的阳性率表达为40.0%,食管癌旁组织为60.0%,正常食管组织为100.0%(P<0.05)。在40例食管癌中,有和无淋巴结转移及Ⅰ、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期两组间比较,p16阳性表达率差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论p16蛋白异常表达与食管癌的发生发展有关,且与临床分期及癌细胞的分化程度有关。
Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of MTS 1/p16 in human esophageal carcinoma.Methods S P immunohistochemical technique was used to determine the expression of p16 protein in esophageal carcinoma tissues,pericancerous tissues and normal(esopageal)tissues from 80 patients.Results The positive rate of the expression of p16 protein was 40.0% in esophageal carcinoma tissues, 60.0% in pericancerous tissues and 100.0% in normal tissues( P <0.05).There was significant difference in positive rates of the expression of p16 protein between the group with lymph node metastsais and the group without lymph node metastasis,between stage Ⅰ Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ Ⅳ among 40 patients with esophageal carcinoma( P <0.05).Conclusions The abnormal expression of p16 protein was related to the development of esophageal carcinoma,to the clinical stages and to the degree of cancer cell differentiation.
