摘要
本文简要介绍了一种新的HPLC法,用于测定混剂中芸薹素内酯的含量。本方法:采用ZOBAXExtend-C18柱,流动相为乙腈和水,检测波长为222nm。本方法准确、快速,适宜于混剂生产过程中的质量控制。
A method for the quantitative ativeanalysis of Brassinolide in mixture by HPLC on C18 column and UV detector(222nm)with acetonitrile:water(62:38)as mobile phase was developed.The results showed that the method was simple,accurate and practical.
