摘要
目的 :研究他汀类药物对高血压的作用。方法 :在高血压的治疗病例中 ,评估联用他汀类药物及不联用他汀类药物的疗效区别 ,并评估他汀类药物在高血压病例合并或不合并高血脂 ,疗效有无不同。结果 :联用他汀类药物后 ,高血脂和血脂正常的高血压患者均较未联用他汀类药物的高血压患者血压降低更明显 ,有显著统计学意义。结论 :他汀类药物能降低血压 ,而这一作用与血脂浓度的改变无关。
Objective To research the effects of statins on hypertension.Methods Assessing the difference between hypertension treatments with statins and without statins, also assessing the different consequence between hypertension patients who taking statins with hyperlipaemia and without hyperlipaemia.Results Blood pressures were decreased more markedly in patients who taking statins no matter with or without hyperlipaemia than in those not taking statins.Conclusion Statins can decrease blood pressure of hypertension patients. The effects is not relevant on the changes of serum lipid concentration.
