摘要
目的研究基质金属蛋白酶 7(matrixmetalloproteinase 7,MMP 7)在胃癌、癌旁 5cm组织及正常组织中的表达 ,探讨其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学法检测 4 3例胃癌和癌旁组织以及 2 5例正常胃组织中MMP 7的表达 ,并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果胃癌组织中MMP 7的阳性表达率为 6 7.4 % ,而癌旁组织和正常组织中MMP 7均无阳性表达 ;在胃癌组织中MMP 7的阳性表达在TNM分期、淋巴结是否转移间有显著性意义 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,而在性别和肿瘤大小及肿瘤生长方式间无显著性意义 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论MMP 7阳性表达可能在胃癌的转移中起关键作用 ,MMP
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 7(MMP 7)in the gastric cancer, paracarcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue,and analyze the relationship between the expression of MMP 7 and clinicopathological features. Methods Immuno histochemistry was used to detect MMP 7 in 43 gastric cancer, 43 paracarcinoma tissue and 25 normal gastric tissue specimens, and the result was analyzed with their clinicopathological features. ResultsThe positive expression of MMP 7 in the gastric cancer was 67.4 % , paracarcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue had not.Significant differences in the expression of MMP 7 was found in TNM stage and lymphatic metastases of the tumors,while no significant differences in the expression of MMP 7 was found in the sex,histological type and the tumer growth pattern. ConclusionMMP 7 may act an important role in metastases of the tumor,MMP 7 may be an important marker to reflect lymphatic metastases of gastric cancer.
