摘要
《周易》变易观包罗万象,交相变化,它包含交易观、适变观、恒变观和简易观等内容。《周易》揭示的变易道理,也就是管理创新的道理。这种变易观对现代管理创新有着极其重要的启示。
The concept of change in The Book of Changes is so inclusive that it embraces the concept of exchange,the concept of adaptation,the concept of ever-lasting change and the concept of easy change.The book reveals the reason of change which is also the reason of new approach to management.So it can say that the corcept of change in the book has very important inspiration on modern management.
