摘要
公益性科研机构的运行机制是世界各国科技管理体制的一个重点所在,也是我国公益性科研机构改革的重要内容。本文以美国和英国为例,分析归纳出这些国家公益性科研机构运行机制的特点,并指出对我国公益性科研机构改革的借鉴意义。
