摘要
目的:探讨使用电解可脱性微弹簧圈(GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法:应用微导管技术,在数字减影血管造影监视下,用GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤60例。其中蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)51例。结果:60例栓塞后均无死亡和永久并发症。其中1例术后出现一过性失语和肢体瘫痪,经治疗,24h后恢复。造影证实54例完全闭塞,6例大部分闭塞。结论:GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤安全、可靠、疗效好,是目前治疗颅内动脉瘤的首选方法。
Objective: To study the effect of endovascular embolization on intracranial aneurysms with Guglielmi detachable coils (GDC). Methods: Sixty patients with intracranial aneurysms, including 51 with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) were treated with GDC by cerebral angingraphy microcatheter under digital subtraction antiography (DSA) imaging. Results: Neither death nor permanent complication occurred in 60 patients. But one suffered transient aphasia and hemiparesis, recovering 24 hours after medical treatment. Complete occlusion was achieved angiographically in 54 and partial embolization in 6 patients. Conclusion: Endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms with GDC is a better alternative because of its safety, reliance and curative effect.
