摘要
以容栅式数显卡尺为研究对东，就材质因素对容栅传感器精度的影响进行分析，并在实验基础上提出了减小材质误差的措施。
The influence of material factors on accuracy of capacitive grating transducers is analyzed. Based on testing, some methods are put forward to reduce material errors.
