某软土地基上倾斜建筑物的纠倾与加固实例 被引量:18

摘要 某住宅由于建在深厚软土层上 ,引起不均匀沉降 ,造成严重倾斜。针对该房屋具体情况 ,采用锚杆静压桩加固地基、沉井冲水掏土法进行纠倾 ,在施工期间及竣工后一年半内进行倾斜和沉降监测。观测结果表明 :锚杆静压桩能稳定房屋的沉降 ,控制新的不均匀沉降 ,加固效果可靠。但压桩时房屋产生较明显的附加沉降 ,应引起重视 ;沉井冲水掏土法纠倾速度快 ,通过控制冲水时间和方向能有效地控制纠倾速率。冲水掏土引起的沉降存在滞后效应 ,停止冲水封桩后 ,沉降能迅速稳定。该方法适用于软土地基上基础底板薄。 A dwelling house built on thick soft foundation was severely inclined due to uneven settlements. The inclination was rectified by soil removal via water jetting in drilled caissons and base reinforcement with static bolt-pressing piles, according to the specific circumstances. Inclination and settlement were monitored during and one and half-year after the construction.The results indicate that static bolt-pressing piles can stabilize the settlement and control additional uneven settlement. The effect of reinforcement was credible. But additional settlement was induced when piles were pressed, which deserves attention. Using the method of soil removal can quickly rectify the inclined building and effectively control the rate of rectification by adjesting time and direction of water jetting. There existed a hysteresis effect of the settlement induced by water jetting in drilled caissons. The settlement could stabilize quickly after the cease of water jetting and pile sealing. This method is applicable to the rectification of inclined buildings on soft soil foundations with thin soleplates and upside structures of poor integral rigidity.
