摘要
某深厚填土区既有建筑地基加固中,在不拆除原有上部结构前提下,将原条形基础更改为钢管桩基础。加固施工期间,采用钢管桩对原有基础进行支撑并增加新混凝土承台与原独立基础紧密结合浇筑成为一个整体。该文总结了某项目钢管桩在深厚填土区应用于既有建筑物加固的施工经验,对钢管桩在深厚填土区的设计及施工方法进行了介绍,并对大直径钢管桩的工艺特点进行了总结。
In the foundation reinforcement of an existing building in a deep filling area,the original strip foundation is replaced with a steel pipe pile foundation without removing the original superstructure.During the reinforcement construction,steel pipe piles are used to support the original foundation,and new concrete bearing platforms are added,which are closely combined with the original independent foundation to form a whole.This paper summarized the construction experience of steel pipe piles applied to the reinforcement of existing buildings in deep fill areas,introduced the design and construction methods of steel pipe piles in deep fill areas,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of different steel pipe pile processes.
