摘要
目的 :研究温郁金对鼠胃组织和血浆生长抑素 (SS)水平的影响。方法 :ICR小鼠分组 ,分别以温郁金水提物、石油醚提取液 (醚提物 )和乙醇提取液 (醇提物 )中等剂量灌胃 ,每天 1次 ,3d后于末次灌药后 1、1.5、2、3h处死小鼠 ,获取血浆和胃组织 ,观察温郁金对鼠SS水平影响的时效关系。用SD大鼠以温郁金大、中、小剂量灌胃 ,每天 2次 ,3d后于末次灌药后 2h处死大鼠 ,观察温郁金对鼠SS水平影响的量效关系。结果 :温郁金水提物、醚提物和醇提物能提高鼠胃组织和血浆的SS水平 ,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;胃组织和血浆SS水平和温郁金给药之间存在时效关系但无量效关系 ,各提取物不同剂量之间比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5。结论 :温郁金能促使鼠胃组织和血浆SS水平提高。
Objective:To examine whether the extrac t of radix curcumae (Wenyujin) enhance the somatostatin excretion of gastric tissu e and plasm in mice and rats. Methods:Extract of radix curcumae was made by water, petroleum ether and ethanol. ICR mice receive d the extract once a day for 3 days, and were killed at 1 h,1.5 h,2 h,3 h after the last administration. SD rats received high, moderate and low dose of extract , twice a day for 3 days, and were killed at 2h after the last administration. S omatostatin in plasm and gastric tissue was examined by RIA. Resu lts:Water, petroleum ether and ethanol extract of radix curcumae increased somatostatin excretion of plasm and gastric tissue in mice and rats. Conclusion: Extract of radix curcumae could incr ease level of somatostatin of plasm and gastric tissue.
