摘要
目的 :探讨依那普利对高血压病患者左室肥厚的影响。方法 :对我院 10 8例高血压病患者经过12周的依那普利干预治疗及常规治疗后 ,彩色多普勒测量治疗前后的左室舒张末期容积、后壁厚度、室间隔厚度 ,并计算左心室质量指数。结果 :依那普利干预组经治疗后 ,左室肥厚指标均有不同程度的下降。结论 :在高血压病左室肥厚过程中 ,依那普利可以有效减轻左室肥厚 ,逆转高血压所致的左室重塑。
Objective:To investigate the effect of enalapril on hypertropbic cardiac muscle in left venticule in essential hypertension(EH).Method:108 patients were randomly divided into two groups treated with enalapril and conventional therapy.After 12 weeks,their left venticular volume in diastasis cordis,thickness of ventricular sposeptum and left ventricular posterior wall were measured using color Doppler ultrasound,then the index of left ventricular quality was calculated.Result:Index of hypertrophic cardiac muscle in left venticule was differently decreased in group treated with enalapril.Conclusion:Enalapril can decrease the level of pachynisis in left cardiac ventricule and reverse left ventricular remodeling induced by hypertension.
