摘要
根据混凝土泵车的实际工作情况给出了各节臂架最危险工况下受力理论值的计算方法 ,并对各节臂架进行了有限元建模 ,着重研究了臂架结构模型的加载方法 ,以及单元划分的若干关键问题 .有限元分析结果和测试结果十分吻合 .在满足强度和刚度条件下 ,为臂架结构的局部改进提供了依据 .
Based on the most dangerous working situation of concrete pump,this paper introduces the theoretical calculation method about booms' actual load and makes finite element modeling. It studies the loading method of ANSYS model as well as some critical problems of elements division. The calculation results are well coincident with the experimental results. Under the condition of satisfying intensity and rigidity,calculation results provide a basis for improving local structure.
