用CEAS方法精确测量10μm波段高反射镜的反射率 被引量:1

Reflectivity measurement of high reflective mirrors by cavity enhanced absorption method

摘要 介绍了用 CEAS 技术高精度地检测高反射镜反射率的实验方法。利用直型衰荡光腔与 CEAS 技术结合,装置简单,测量精度高。首次应用这一方法对 10 m 波段高反镜的反射率进行了测量。实验结果表明,不仅测量可在实际工作气氛下进行,而且在线测量的精度很高。 This paper describes measurement of mirror reflectivity via Cavity Enhanced Absorption Spectroscopy. The methodcan accuratelydetermine the reflectivity of amirrorbyusing linear cavity.Results show that thismethod can measure reflectivity of mirrors under actual working circumstances.
