缩口结构对降低生物质两段气化中焦油生成量的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 该文实验研究了两种缩口形式对两段供风气化反应器内温度场分布和气化气中焦油含量的影响。结果表明:在均有二次供风的情况下,缩口Ⅱ和缩口Ⅰ气化反应器气化气中焦油含量分别比无缩口时减少了58%和30%左右,这说明在两段供风生物质气化反应器内加设缩口,可进一步降低气化气中焦油的含量和提高生物质气化装置的性能。 The high tar content in the gas is a major factor affecting the normal running of the whole biomass gasification system. Base on biomass gasification dynamics, two types (type I and type II) of throat structure were studied. The influence of throat structure on temperature distribution and performance of the gasification reactor was tested. Type II and type I gasification reactors can reduce the tar content in the gas by about 58% and 30% respectively than the gasification reactor without throat structure. Experimental results indicate that reducing the throat area properly can cut the tar content in biomass gas and improve the performance of biomass gasification.
