双流化床提升管颗粒循环流率实验研究

摘要 合理地控制颗粒循环流率是双流化床生物质气化装置稳定运行的关键。颗粒循环流率越大,产气品质越高。在自行搭建的冷态装置上,针对影响颗粒流率的气化室风速、提升管风速、物料粒径以及物料重量等因素进行了实验研究。结果表明:颗粒循环流率随着气化室风速、提升管风速的增加而增加,当达到一定值后,颗粒循环流率的增长趋势逐渐平缓;循环流率随着物料粒径的增大而明显减小,随着物料重量的增加基本成线性增加。 The key to keep dual fluidized bed biomass gasification system operating steadily is to control solids cir- culation rate reasonably. The greater the rate of solids circulation, the higher the quality of the gas production. On the Cold device, the factors affecting the solids circulation rate are investigated, including gas velocity to the gasifi- cation chamber, gas velocity to the riser, material particle size and weight of the material. The results show that the solids circulation rate increases with gas velocities to the gasification chamber and the riser increasing, while the increasing trend of solids circulation rate becomes flat gradually when the gas Velocities reach a certain value. How- ever, the solids circulation rate increases significantly with particle size reducing and increases linearly with the rise of material Weight.
