摘要
结合野外实地考察的经验 ,概述了新疆水资源的时空分布状况 ,分析了影响新疆水资源时空分布的原因 ,同时探讨了新疆绿洲水资源开发利用过程中的若干问题 ,论述了加强绿洲建设 ,保护绿洲生态环境的重要性和实际意义。
With the outside practical experiences of research,the authors summarize the distribution of water reourses at different periods in different places of Xinjiang and analyze the reasons for the distribuion of it. At the same time,some questions during the exploiture and using of water resourses are discussed.The significance and practical meanings of strengthening oasis construction and protection of ecological environment are described.
