摘要
高等教育机构同任何一个企业、组织一样,自诞生之日起,供需的问题就相伴产生,供应链是天然存在的。高等教育的供应链管理运作的结果决定了高等教育的效率和效益。高等教育供应链既有着一般企业的供应链的共性特点,又具有高等教育本质所决定的供应链的功能和形态的特殊性。本文从高等教育的本质出发,结合企业的供应链管理理念,对比于企业的供应链的形态,重点分析研究了高等教育供应链形态的特殊性,即目标与需求的动态性和多样性、目标的前瞻性、生产过程的不可逆性以及目标的可延续性;提出了高等教育供应链的多链结构。这些探索为深入研究高等教育供应链及供应链管理运作提供了基础研究工作,以便考察供应链管理在高等教育中的运作情况,使得有效地进行高等教育的资源配置和管理运作及其定量优化成为可能。
The supply-demand relationship in higher education organization determines the mor-phology of the education supply chain, which in turn determines the efficiency of high education. The education supply chain possesses not only the features of common ones, but also its own characteristics. It is suggested that the characteristics of education supply chain include the irreversibility of the ' produc-tion' and the multi- chain structure. An in- depth study of the education supply chain may improve the resource distribution and operational management in higher education.
