摘要
目的 对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病免疫功能进行探讨 ,为其治疗提供理论依据。方法 IL - 2、sIL - 2R、T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白和补体C3检测 ,分别采用ELISA、APAAP、单向免疫扩散试验和火箭电泳法进行。结果 HIE患儿的IgM和C3补体的浓度 ,CD3和CD4的百分率和IL - 2水平与对照组比较 ,明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而sIL - 2R水平明显升高 ,表明HIE患儿存在明显的体液和细胞免疫功能异常。结论 HIE患儿免疫功能紊乱 ,易继发感染。为加强隔离消毒和防治感染提供理论的依据。
Objective: To study on immunity function in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)for providing the theoretical basis of treatment. Methods: IL-2 and sIL-2R、T lymphocyte subsets, Serum immunioglobin (Ig) and complement 3 (C3) were assayed by ELISA, APAAP, simple angar diffusion test and rocket electrophoresis method. Results: the concentrations IgM and C3,the percentages of CD3 and CD4, the ratio of CD4/CD8 and IL-2 level in studied cases were significantly lower ( P <0.01,respectirely,while sIL-2R level was significantly higher( P <0.01 than those in normal control. Conclusion: It is suggested that immunity function were impaired and disorder in neonates with HIP. It is important for the patients with HIE to intensify isolation and sterilization as well as prevent and cure infection.
