顾客资产管理研究——背景、现状与问题 被引量:10

摘要 本文在对相关文献梳理和企业实践经验总结的基础上,系统地剖析了顾客资产管理(Customer Asset Management,CAM)研究的主要动因,重点对顾客资产管理及其相关研究进行了回顾、分析和归纳,突出了顾客资产管理的迫切性,阐述了顾客资产管理研究的现状以及实践与研究中存在的不足与关键问题,从而为更深入的顾客资产管理理论探讨奠定了基础,为更有效的顾客资产管理实践提供了新的战略思路。
