将16只30日龄体重约12kg装有瘤胃瘘管的罗姆尼与新疆美利奴羊杂交公羔分为4组,分别喂以不同消化能(DE,MJ·kg-1)和蛋白(CP,%)水平的日粮(DE/CP:11.91/20,11.91/14,8.15/20和8.15/14),以研究30~150日龄期间羔羊采食、消化与体增重的变化规律。结果表明,羔羊的采食量随日龄的增加而呈线性增加,在100日龄时趋于稳定,并且在高能量、高蛋白水平日粮采食量较高。羔羊对干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素和半纤维素的消化率随日龄而变化,并且与日粮有关。但羔羊日龄对钙的消化率无显著影响。从有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素和半纤维素的消化率变化看,100日龄是羔羊消化发育的一个转折点。羔羊的日增重相对于日龄呈抛物线状,最大日增重出现在60~90日龄(高能量水平日粮)或90~120日龄(一般能量水平日粮),分别为396和313g·d-1。在100日龄之前,日粮的营养、特别是能量水平对羔羊的日增重具有显著的作用,但之后高能量或高蛋白水平对动物的日增重均没有积极的意义。羔羊在早期具有较高的饲料转化率(40%~50%),但在60日龄后不断降低,5月龄羔羊的饲料转化能力比1月龄的降低2.5~3.0倍。日粮的能量水平极显著地影响羔羊的饲料转化率。
16 of 30 day's Romney Marsh×Xinjiang Merino male lambs, at the body weight of 12 kg, with rumen fistula, were divided into 4 groups, and were fed with 4 diets of DE/CP(MJ, %):11.91/20, 11.91/14, 8.15/20 and 8.15/14 respectively, to study the development of intake,digestion and daily body weight gain (BWG) of lambs during the age of 30-150 days.The results showed that the intake was linearly increased before 100 days,and was stable after then.The lambs, fed with high DE or CP, had higher intake.The digestibility of DM,OM,CP,cellulose and semi-cellulose were changed with the age, and were also related with diets. However the Ca digestibility was not affected by the animal age. The change of digestibility of OM,CP,cellulose and semi-cellulose indicated that the age of 100 days was a turn-point of digestion development of lambs. The highest BWG was at 60-90 days in higher DE diet or at 90-120 days in usual DE diet, being 396 or 313 g/lamb/day respectively. Before the age of 100 days, the nutrient level of diet, especially the DE content, had significant effect on BWG, however the DE/CP level of diet had little effect on BWG after 100 days. The lambs showed higher feed efficiency (40%-50%) at early stage of life, but was decreased after 60 days, and at the age of 5 months the feed efficiency was 2.5-3.0 times lower than that at the age of 1 month. The DE content of diet affected the feed efficiency of lambs significantly.
