摘要
为了研究隧道穿越巨型岩溶空腔的工程处理措施,结合工程实例,研究分析了多种处理方案,提出了岩溶空腔与隧道不同空间关系相应的处理措施。研究表明:(1)混凝土回填处理隧道底部巨型岩溶空腔,具有安全、经济、施工便捷等优点。(2)溶腔位于隧道1倍洞径外时可不处理;位于边墙侧至1倍洞径时,0.5倍洞径范围内的空腔采用混凝土回填,其余部分采用土石回填;空腔位于隧道范围内或隧底且空腔顶板厚度小于0.5倍洞径时,采用混凝土回填;空腔位于隧底且顶板厚度大于0.5倍洞径时,可采用土石回填。(3)大体积回填混凝土中设置空腔,有效降低混凝土水化热、防止裂缝,且减少混凝土用量。(4)隧底空腔的堆积层,不满足承载力和沉降要求应采取换填或加固等措施。
In order to study the treatment measures of giant karst cavity in tunnel,in this paper,based on the engineering example,studies and analyzes a variety of treatment schemes,and puts forward the corresponding treatment measures for the different spatial relations between the karst cavity and the tunnel.Research suggests that:(1)the hollow concrete backfill has the characteristics of safety,economy and convenient construction for treatment of the large karst cavity at the bottom of the tunnel.(2)when the cavity is located outside the tunnel with one tunnel diameter,it's not necessary to deal with;when it is located at the tunnel side wall to one tunnel diameter,the cavity within 0.5 tunnel diameter shall be backfilled with concrete,and the rest part shall be backfilled with earth rock;when the cavity is located in the tunnel or at the tunnel bottom and the thickness of the cavity roof is less than 0.5 tunnel diameter,it can be backfilled with concrete;when the cavity is located at the tunnel bottom and the thickness of the roof is greater than 0.5 tunnel diameter,it can be backfilled with earth rock.(3)The cavity is set in the massive backfill concrete,which can effectively reduce the hydration heat of concrete,prevent cracks and reduce the amount of concrete.(4)if the accumulation layer of tunnel bottom cavity does not meet the requirements of bearing capacity and settlement,measures such as replacement or reinforcement shall be taken.
