摘要
传感器是焊缝自动跟踪系统的关键部分,本文设计了一种结构简单、工作可靠、抗干扰性强的接触式焊接跟踪传感器,采用双接触式的探针采集焊缝位置偏移信息,当发生偏离时,其可将偏差量转化成可检测的模拟电压量,以便及时纠正,保证焊接质量,最后通过验证得出该传感器具有很好的实用性。
Sensor is a key part of the weld automatic tracking system,this paper designs a simple structure,reliable operation,strong anti-interference of tactile sensor,it adopts double contact probe and through displacement transducer to collect weld position offset information,when a deviation occurs,this sensor can make it to convert into a detected analog voltage,so it can be corrected in time,and ensure the quality of welding. At last,through the experiment,it proves that the sensor has good applicability.
