摘要
【目的】研究水分和气温两因素对辣椒幼苗生理生长特性的影响,为辣椒种植提供指导。【方法】选取河南省常见的三樱椒品种,采用两因素三水平组合试验方案,测量不同土壤含水量(正常水分,土壤含水量为(80%~85%)θf,其中θf为最大土壤含水量;中度干旱,土壤含水量为(50%~55%)θf;严重干旱,土壤含水量为(35%~40%)θf)和气温((15±2)℃、(25±2)℃、(35±2)℃)条件下三樱椒幼苗叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、净光合速率(Pn)和根、叶相对电导率等生理指标及苗高和生物量2个生长指标,采用判别综合相关分析法分析土壤含水量和气温对三樱椒生理生长指标的影响。【结果】(1)土壤含水量对三樱椒幼苗生理生长指标有显著影响,在中度干旱和严重干旱条件下,三樱椒幼苗生理指标与生长指标间存在极显著负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.996和-0.995。(2)气温对三樱椒幼苗生理生长指标有显著影响,在气温为15~25℃时,三樱椒幼苗生理指标与生长指标表现出极显著的正相关,相关系数分别为0.938和0.987;在气温为(35±2)℃时,三樱椒幼苗生理指标与生长指标呈负相关,但相关系数并不显著。(3)气温和土壤含水量2个因素对三樱椒幼苗生理指标及生长指标变化的综合影响,在不同组合下表现不同,在正常水分及(25±2)℃条件下,二者对三樱椒幼苗生理生长指标均表现出极显著或显著的促进作用。【结论】当土壤含水量≤(50%~55%)θf,气温≥(25±2)℃时,二者对三樱椒幼苗生理生长指标有显著影响,其生理指标与生长指标呈显著负相关,三樱椒生长受到显著抑制。
【Objective】This research investigated the effects of drought and temperature on physiological and growth characteristics of pepper seedlings to provide theoretical guidance for pepper planting.【Method】The pepper strain Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr was used.Six physiological indexes(contents of chlorophyll,proline,and malondialdehyde(MDA),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),and relative conductivities in roots and leaves)and two growth indexes(seedling height and biomass)were measured under combined drought(normal moisture,soil water content was(80%-85%)θf,whereθf was the maximum soil moisture,moderate drought,soil moisture was(50%-55%)θf,and severe drought,soil moisture was(35%-40%)θf)and temperature stresses((15±2)℃,(25±2)℃,and(35±2)℃).A novel statistical method of discriminant analysis was used for effects on physiological characteris-tics of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr seedlings.【Result】Under moderate and severe drought conditions,soil water content had significant impacts on both physiological and growth indexes of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr.The physiological characteristics were extremely significantly negatively correlated with growth indexes with coefficients of-0.996and-0.995,respectively.Temperature also had significant effect on growth of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr.The physiological and growth indexes exhibited extremely significant positive correlation at temperature of 15-25 ℃ with correlation coefficients of 0.938 and 0.987,respectively.But the negative correlation was insignificant when temperature was(35±2)℃.In addition,the combined effects of temperature and soil water content on the physiological and growth indexes of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr were different when the combinations were different.When the water content was normal and the temperature was(25±2)℃,they both significantly improved the physiological and growth indexes of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr.【Conclusions】When the soil moisture content was less than or equal to(50%-55%)θfand temperature was greater than or equal to(25±2)℃,the effects on growth indexes of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr were significant,and growth indexes and physiological indexes were significantly negatively correlated.Thus,growth of Capsicum annuum L.var.Conoides(Mill).Irishr was significantly inhibited.
