摘要
利用电子转移活化再生原子转移自由基聚合反应(ARGET ATRP),制备出一种以交联环糊精为核,核表面接枝聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺长链为须的聚合物微凝胶。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、元素分析仪和综合热分析仪对合成产物进行了表征。激光粒度分析仪检测显示微凝胶的粒径为1.416μm。当环境温度变化时,在34℃附近,粒径从1.416μm急剧降低到1.388μm,显示出良好的热响应性能。微凝胶的吸附试验表明,微凝胶"核"中大量环糊精单元的存在使其对底物分子表现良好的负载能力,对亚甲基蓝的吸附量达到128.3mg/g。而且由于微凝胶表面热敏"长须"的存在,微凝胶在25℃和37℃表现出不同的负载能力,表明产物具有良好的可控吸附性能。同样,微凝胶的"核-须"结构在不同温度下也表现出可控的释放性能。
By activators regenerated by electron transfer for atom transfer radical polymerization(ARGET ATRP),a kind of polymer micro-gel was prepared,which is comprised of a cross-linked cyclodextrin core and poly N-isopropyl acrylamide long chains grafted on it.The obtained products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis and integrated thermal analysis.The size of micro-gels particle is 1.416μm determined by laser particle size analyzer.It is found that the particle size drastically reduces from 1.416μm to 1.388μm at around 34 ℃,when the ambient temperature changes.Absorption tests of micro-gels show that cross-linked cyclodextrin 'core' has good load capacity,and the absorption amount of methylene blue is tested to be as high as 128.3mg/g.Different load capacity of micro-gels displaying at 25℃and 37℃ confirms that the prepared micro-gel has good temperature responsibility.Furthermore,the releasing experiments indicate that the thermo-responsive micro-gel exhibits outstanding controlled release property.
