常德市典型蔬菜生产基地重金属污染特征及风险评价 被引量:5

Pollution Characteristics and Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals in Typical Vegetable Production Base of Changde City

摘要 为了解湘西北地区蔬菜生产基地的蔬菜和土壤中重金属污染状况,对常德市东江和芦山两个地区蔬菜生产基地的土壤和蔬菜中Cu、Cr、Ni、Zn和Pb等5种重金属含量进行分析,并评价了蔬菜中重金属对人体的健康风险。结果显示:蔬菜中Pb和Cr的超标率分别为100%和16%;土壤Cu、Cr和Ni平均含量东江地区远高于芦山;芦山地区Cr、Ni和Zn三者之间呈极显著相关,说明它们的同源性很高。富集系数结果表明不同蔬菜种类对重金属的富集水平处于不同级别,其中莴笋对各种重金属(除Cr外)的富集系数均在2%~5%之间,为中度富集水平。摄入值和THQ值计算结果表明:研究基地蔬菜中Pb和Cr存在一定的超标,但总体上蔬菜中重金属处于安全级别。 For the purpose of knowing soil and ve getable pollution status of vegetable production base, this paper determined the concentrations and assessed the risk of five heavy metals, i.e. Cu, Cr, Ni, Zn and Pb, in soils and vegetables of Dongjiang and Lushan vegetable bases in Changde City of Hunan Province. The results showed that the concentrations of Pb and Cr in vegetables were higher than national standard and the over-limit ratios of Pb and Cr were 100% and 16%, respectively. There was difference of the concentration of heavy metal in soils between two regions. Moreover, the soil concentrations of Cu, Cr and Ni in Dongjiang region were higher than in Lushan region.There was significant correlations among Cu, Cr and Zn. In Lushan region, the concentration of Cr in soils was significantly related to Ni and Zn as well as between Ni and Zn. The accumulation coefficients for heavy metals in the different types of vegetables existed obvious in variety and the coefficients of lettuce for heavy metals were between 2%~ 5% with the exception for Cr, which belong to media level according to the national standard. Based on the calculation of intake content and THQ, vegetables in production base were at safe level, though several investigated heavy metals were found in vegetation.
