摘要
采用田间采样和实验室分析相结合的方法,对湖北省5个绿色食品莲藕种植基地的鲜莲藕样品中无机砷(As)、铅(Pb)、总汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)含量分别进行测定,再利用单因子污染指数和综合污染指数评价方法,对莲藕中重金属的污染状况进行分析。结果表明,5个基地的莲藕重金属含量分别在《绿色食品藕及其制品》NY/T 1044-2007限量标准以内;5个基地莲藕中的重金属单因子污染指数均低于0.700,处于安全状态;5个莲藕基地的莲藕综合污染指数均低于0.700,污染程度处于安全状态,污染水平处于清洁水平,适宜发展绿色食品。
Using the combination of field sampling and laboratory analysis,the content of inorganic arsenic(As),lead(Pb),mercury(Hg)and cadmium(Cd)in fresh lotus root samples of five green food lotus root planting bases in Hubei province were respectively measured,and the pollution status of heavy metals in lotus roots was analyzed by using the single-factor pollution index and the comprehensive pollution index evaluation method.The test results showed that the contents of heavy metals in the five bases of lotus roots were within the limited standards of"Green food lotus root and its products"NY/T 1044-2007;The single-factor pollution index of heavy metals in lotus roots in the five bases is below 0.700,which is in a safe state.The comprehensive pollution index shows that the comprehensive pollution index of the five lotus root bases under investigation is below 0.700,the pollution level is in a safe state,the pollution level is at a clean level,and it is suitable for the development of green food.
