双层交错布置多孔喷嘴预混合燃烧排放特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 提出了一种新型双层交错布置喷嘴,以实现燃油在燃烧室空间的均匀分布。在对喷嘴的喷雾性能作深入分析的基础上,采用三维CFD软件AVL FIRE对基于该喷嘴的柴油机预喷射燃烧过程进行数值模拟,分析预喷射比例、主预喷间隔和喷油提前角对混合气形成及燃烧的影响。研究结果表明:采用双层交错布置喷嘴可提高喷雾扩散性,结合适当的预喷射策略可实现燃油和空气良好混合,避免了部分区域燃空当量比过大和燃料挂壁的不良后果,可提高柴油机预混合气均匀度。通过对单层喷嘴预喷射仿真数据与试验数据的对比,验证了计算模型的可靠性。 A new double-staggered arranged multi-hole nozzle was designed to solve the difficult problem to prepare premixed mixture in homogeneous charge compression ignition diesel engine.The nozzle was able to realize fuel uniform distribution in combustion chamber space.The premixed combustion process using the nozzle was simulated with three-dimensional CFD software AVL FIRE based on in-depth analysis of its spray characteristics,analyzing the influences of pre-injection proportion,interval between pre and main injections and injection timing on combustion.Simulation results show that using the double-staggered arranged multi-hole nozzle can improve spray diffusibility,better mix of fuel and air can be achieved by combining with appropriate pre-injection strategy,thus avoiding problems of excessive F/A ratio in partial region and fuel adhering on wall,significantly improving fuel/air premixing uniformity.Comparison of the premixed combustion simulation results to actual test results validates that the simulation model used is correct and reliable.
