摘要
随着信息与自动化技术的发展,触摸屏由于可以与显示设备集成,以及更直观的人机交互方式,正不断的深入人们的日常生活中。压电触摸屏基于压电材料的压电效应,相对于传统电容、电阻触摸屏有诸多优势。本实验首次设计并制作了一款基于PVDF压电膜的压电触摸屏,通过对整个压电触摸屏系统的设计与制作以及外部测试环境的搭建,实现了触摸屏的基本功能。此种压电触摸屏的最佳精度可以达到0.5mm,对于50mm×50mm的屏幕,分辨率可以达到100×100,满足了人机交互的基本要求。
With the development of information and automation technology, the touch panel integrated with the display device, which is more intuitive at human-computer interaction, is constantly in-depth people's daily lives. Piezoelectric touch screen is based on the piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric materials. It has many advantages relative to traditional capacitive, resistive touch screen and so on. In this paper, a new kind of PVDF-based piezoelectric touch panel is put forward originally and fabricated. The basic functions of the touch panel were achieved by the entire piezoelectric touch screen system design and production as well as external test environment. The accuracy of the piezoelectric touch panel can reach 0.5 mm. For the 50 mm×50 mm panel, the resolution is 100 × 100, which can meet the demands of the human-computer interaction.
