摘要
目的对比研究非球面ReSTOR SN6AD1与SN6AD3多焦点人工晶状体(multifocal intraocular lenses,MIOL)植入术后的视觉质量。方法白内障患者150例(174眼),均施行白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入术,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(75例,88眼)和对照组(75例,86眼)。观察组患者植入非球面ReSTOR SN6AD1 MIOL,对照组患者植入非球面ReSTOR SN6AD3 MIOL,观察两组治疗前后视力、对比敏感度,并进行问卷调查。结果治疗后两组患者的视力均好于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的中视力(1.05±0.14)、远视力(1.09±0.17)明显高于对照组(0.72±0.10、0.69±0.07),差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者各空间频率下的对比敏感度均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);两组治疗后的对比敏感度组间差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。观察组不良症状、完全脱镜率、近视力满意度与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);观察组中视力、远视力满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论 ReSTOR SN6AD1与SN6AD3 MIOL植入均能改善白内障患者的视力和对比敏感度,但SN6AD1 MIOL能够更有效地改善中视力、远视力。
Objective To compare the visual quality after aspheric ReSTOR SN6AD1 and SN6AD3 multifocal intraocular lens(MIOL) implantation.Methods A total of 150 patients(174 eyes)cataract were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group(75 cases,88 eyes)and control group(75 cases,86 eyes),all patients underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation,the patients in observation group received ReSTOR SN6AD1 MIOL implantation and control group received ReSTOR SN6AD3 MIOL implantation.The visual acuity and contrast sensitivity before and after operation were observed,and the questionnaire was carried out.Results The postoperative visual acuity of all patients in two groups were better than pre-operation,there were statistical differences(all P<0.05).The postoperative middle vision(1.05±0.14)and distant vision(1.09±0.17)of observation group were higher than those in control group(0.72±0.10,0.69±0.07),there were statistical differences(all P<0.05).The postoperative contrast sensitivity under different spatial frequency of two groups were higher than pre-operation,there were statistical differences(all P<0.05),but no statistical difference in postoperative contrast sensitivity between two groups(all P>0.05).Compared with control group,there were statistical differences in the complication,totally removal spectacle and near vision satisfaction in the observation group(all P>0.05).The middle vision and distant vision satisfaction in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,there were statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion ReSTOR SN6AD1 and SN6AD3 MIOL implantation all can improve the vision and contrast sensitivity of cataract patients but SMAD1 MIOL is more effective in improving the Objective T o compare the visual quality after aspheric ReST O R SN 6 AD 1 and SN 6 AD 3 m ultifo cal intrao cular lens( M IO L) im plantatio n.
