摘要
创新是发展的动力,国家创新体系则是一国创新能力大小和水平高低的决定因素.正是由此出发,对国家创新体系的由来和国内外的研究概况进行了描述,并进一步指出了国家创新体系与系统论思想方法间的内在紧密联系,从而得出结论:国家创新体系应该成为当前系统论研究的一个新的生长点、一个新课题.
Innovation is the motive force of development,and national innovation system is the determinant factor of the innovative capability and level. Based on that,the author describes the origin and the general studying situation of the national innovation system,and indicates the intrinsic tight relation between national innovation system and systematology. So a conclusion could be made: national innovation system should be a new growth point and a new question for discussion of systematicism.
