摘要
以系统论为指导思想,对一个地区的港口群发展进行了研究。分析了港口群形成的基本条件,论述了具备这些条件并在结构上和功能上经过优化组合的港口群必然要产生新的群体效应。在探讨了影响港口货物吞吐量大小的各种因素后,提出了港口群的分配模型,并进而就辽东半岛港口群的吞吐量进行了预测和分配。
On the basis of the theory of system,this article gives a research on the development
of the harbour group in a certain district. It analyzes the basic conditions for the composi
tion of the group. The author maintains that the harbour group,with the basic conditions
and recomposition for the better,is bound to have a new group effect. After analyzing the
factors which influence the handling capacity,the author gives a distribution model of the
harbour and a predict of the handling capacity of the harbours in Liaodong Peninsula.
