摘要
考察制度是明代官吏考核体系中最重要的组成部分,而巡按御史又在这项制度的执行过程中起到非常重要的作用。通过多种多样的考核方式,巡按御史可以充分运用考察职权,对地方官员及其政务进行有效的监控。
Supervising is the most important part of assessing bureaucracy system in Ming Dynasty.And in the executing course,circuit supervisor plays a very important role.Circuit supervisor can exert the supervising power through manifold mode to surveillance magistrate and its government affair.
